The lansdown is a new addition to our range offering a very fashionable art deco style influenced bedstead, this style has made a strong comeback and is easiest to see in new buildings around the UK and rising prices for genuine art deco pieces.
The Lansdown shares the same design principles that can be seen on our other beds with curved swooping sides around the frame mirrored in the headboard and feet.
Beyond the art deco influence in it's design we wanted to add height to the mattress level giving a higher sleeping position for those that prefer it as well as making it a more comfortable bed to get in and as it lessens the use of hips and knees.
In addition for taller sleepers for whom the existence of a foot board is disconcerting the lansdown's swoops below the mattress ensuring feet are not touching anything.
