The Bridal Four Poster

Possibly one of the most statuesque beds we have, based upon a Victorian Canopy bed we have incorporated other influences as was typical of Victorian design habit. Handmade from seasoned kiln dried swietenia mahogany not to be confused with cheaper mahogany, also using our unique 8 step finish showcasing the character and grain protecting it from moisture fluctuations. Not to be confused with a wax finish taking a fraction of the time and cost.

For example note the tulip floral carvings used in the (17th century) and copied by the Victorians above and below the tapered section.

The Bridal four poster is unlike the majority of beds of this type as its posts are beyond the standard 4" square dimension using 5.5" square. This makes for a very substantial bed with a strong presence adding to its wow factor.

Also note the solid roof upholstered in embroidered silk providing a luxurious full canopy experience.
